Анотація

Запропоновано конструкцію поляризаційної приставки для кореляційної електронної та оптичної мікроскопії (т.зв. CLEM) у вакуумній камері від скануючого електронного мікроскопа TESLA BS-300 з багатовісним гоніометричний столом, що заміщає столи типу Федорова (3-5-вісні) і спеціалізовані для коноскопіческіх поляризаційних вимірювань . Дана система може бути впроваджена також в ESEM - Environmental Scanning Electron Microscopy, тобто в камері з контрольованим середовищем / атмосферою.
