Анотація

Одним з актуальних питань сучасної онкології залишається рак шлунка, який займає одне з лідируючих місць в структурі онкозахворювань. В огляді виділені основні передракові процеси і стани, що передували появі пухлини, особливості переродження передракових станів в рак. На підставі даних досліджень і новітніх класифікацій розробляються і вдосконалюються методики скринінгу, диспансерного спостереження груп ризику, а також технології застосування щадних, органозберігаючих ендоскопічних операцій.
