Морфологічні аспекти вивчення тканинних реакцій в умовах застосування синтетичних матеріалів при експериментальній герніопластиці

Анотація

Досвід застосування синтетичних протезів у герніопластиці значно збагатився останніми роками. Важливість розгляду морфологічних аспектів приживлення імплантатів такого роду на тканинному та клітинному рівнях в експериментальних умовах обумовлена тим, що в попередні роки застосування ксенопластичних матеріалів часто виявлялися ускладненя. Значна кількість досліджень присвячена експериментальній оцінці протезів з поліпропілену, які отримали широке поширення у клініці. Пластика грижових дефектів черевної стінки на сучасному етапі розвитку хірургії передбачає застосування інтраперитонеальних синтетичних імплантатів, проте застосування цих матеріалів сприяє виникненню спайкової хвороби у післяопераційному періоді. Процес спайкоутворення черевної порожнини є розповсюдженим складним, багатогранним одночасно та захисно-пристосувальним патологічним процесом, що потребує подальшого детального вивчення як з точки зору патогенетичних механізмів, що лежать в його основі, так і з метою профілактики виникнення післяопераційної спайкової хвороби. З цією метою необхідно враховувати всі місцеві та системні чинники спайкоутворення. Питання виникнення та профілактики спайкової хвороби залишаються предметом активного вивчення у багатьох дослідженнях.
